The Tomorrow Children is a very unique game. The cooperation, its content and its visual style are the strong points. However, the lack of tasks to do can make this game too boring for the players that are not really into the MMO genre.

Portal Knights uses Nintendo Switch to cover some of its failiures and become a better game than the original one. A videogame that, without been perfect, it entertains the player for a lot of hours. [Víctor Rodríguez separately reviewed the PS4 (5.5) and Switch (7) versions. Their scores have been averaged]

Assault Suit Leynos comes back with renewed visuals and the same entertaining method as it had 26 years ago. Even though its duration is too short, the fams of the shoot 'em up genre will be really pleased with this game and its difficulty.

Biomutant is a game that mimics the proposals of The Witcher 3 or the recent Assassin's Creed, but with less budget. Despite having a truly interesting open world, Biomutant features flaws such as a wide variety of enemies, a repetitive combat system, an insubstantial progression, and poor narrative that make the game tedious in the long run. Less than 20 hours of duration and outstanding visuals keep the boat afloat and make the experience, as a whole, not memorable for better or worse.

AO Tennis 2 is a big step forward. This game isn't an ace yet, but it isn't the double fault AO International Tennis was. With lots of content and a decent gameplay core, AO Tennis 2 can be even funny for tennis fans.

Gylt is a game that isn't too good or too bad to be memorable, both in terms of gameplay and narrative. A simple and easy adventure that can entertain anyone for some hours but that doesn't do anything relevant.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is a well crafted, classic adventure that offers a solid story with charismatic characters. However, it all goes wrong during the final chapters, when the game loses its head, the story becomes violent nonsense and the gameplay turns out to be highly frustrating.

Planet Alpha is a game with great ideas and a not-so-good execution. Its puzzles are too simple and its platforming zones are almost inexistent, giving as result a mediocre gameplay. However, the incredible artistic level and good storeytelling can keep the experience afloat

Sea of Thieves has fresh and great ideas that work good. However, due to very repetitive missons, lack of content and bad endgame, this game turns into a tedious one after a few hours.

Mario Party: The Top 100 is a game that, even though it has 100 of the best minigames of the saga, it feels very short. Very uninspired game mode and very little content make this game uncapable to be on the same level as Nintendo has been this year. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-ldb4'); });

Aven Colony is a standard game in this genre. It does not bring anything new and has some issues, but its multiple choices make it a good title for the city-building genre fans.

Daedalic has created a very brave space roguelike that features strategy elements and a huge universe to keep us in front of our screens.

Vault-Tec Workshop is a DLC aimed at construction that has included a copule of missions just to fill the empty spaces. Even though its content is pretty impressive talking about structures and gadgets, it will be useless for the player who seeks for adventures.

Mario Party: Star Rush is a game with great parts and weak parts, which results in a very entertaining game for a few hours, but it will fail to entertain the player more time due to its lack of variety.

Yesterday Origins is a great graphic adventure with influences from the old ones and with a very interesting story. However, it has some plot holes and a few technical issues.

Castlevania Anniversary Collection offers almost a dozen awesome games in just one pack. However, these are just ports to modern platforms and, if you compare Konami's work with what other franchises like Crash bandicoot, Spyro or Resident Evil have achieved with their remakes, Castlevania just falls behind.

Weedcraft Inc is a good management sim, but fails to deliver a message, for or against, about marijuana and its social and economical consequences. A lost chance that could have been way more than just a good game.

Mothergunship is a game that takes something from almost every genre. Classic FPS, roguelike and bullet hell are the main pillars of a title that, in spite of having some important flaws, is funny as hell.

Overcooked 2 is more like an expansion of the original game than a real sequel. It has a ton of new content and levels, but the gameplay remains barely intact, which means that the main pros and cons of its predecessor are still here. If you liked the original Overcooked, you will love this sequel; but if you don't, well, this game simply doesn't have anything new to make you fall in love with it.

De Blob 2 comes to modern day consoles with its essence still intact. This game has carried well all these years and still has great quality. However, there is this feeling of missing new content and better technical improvements.
