A perfect example that video games, as a form of expression, are something unique with a lot to say. You haven't seen, read or listen to anything that can compare to What Remains of Edith Finch.

Although the remastered work it's just correct, all the changes and additions (especially those from the International Zodiac Job System) makes The Zodiac Age the definitive version of one of the most underrated and special Final Fantasy.

Panic Button brings all the nazi-punching action from the 2017 FPS to the Nintendo Switch with great results. When playing in portable mode the experience can be compromised, but in TV never ceases to amaze how great everything has been translated, from the frantic shootings to the charisma of the cast.

85 / 100 - Moonlighter
Nov 13, 2018

Either going to the dungeon on an adventure or becoming a master shopkeeper, Moonlighter is the kind of game you'll struggle to put down. The Switch feels as it's true home, so if you haven't tried it yet, with this version you'll be out of excuses.

85 / 100 - Death's Gambit
Jul 12, 2019

It may be different to what was initially promised, but Death's Gambit is nevertheless a great game, especially if you are into Dark Souls, Castlevania and Shadow of the Colossus, all mixed and presented in a beautiful 2D art style.

The best possible ending for a great story about growing up, love, family and zombies. It may be goodbye for Clem, AJ and the old team at Telltale, but we wish all farewells were as satisfying as this one. Now they can rest knowing that "we will always remember that".

85 / 100 - The Surge 2
Sep 24, 2019

The Surge 2 is that kind of game where you clearly notice all it's problems... but you can't stop enjoying anyway. Once you've started slicing and dicing to dress with the limbs of your enemies, you'll have to cut your own hands to put the controller down.

With changes both necessary and welcome, along with the usual charm, Pokémon Sword and Shield is convincing. They need a patch on the technical side to shine brighter, but in the Wild Area you can see the future of the franchise.

85 / 100 - Nioh 2
Mar 10, 2020

The extreme difficulty and many similarities with he first game will be like a huge nurikabe for a lot of people, but if you're patient and skilled enough to learn the ways of bushido, you'll find out that Nioh 2 is a great game where the good parts shines brighter than the bad.

85 / 100 - Indivisible
May 14, 2020

Although it's lacking the day one patch, Indivisible is as enjoyable on the Nintendo Switch as on the rest of the platforms. With a unique style and mix of genres, it can be considered one of those games that you either love or hate, but it's so refreshing that deserves a chance.

If you liked Persona 5 (is there anyone who didn't?), Strikers should be a no-brainer choice. The gameplay isn't exactly our cup of tea, but the story is so interesting, the characters are so lovable and it just looks SO cool, that you would be mad if you didn't accept the Phantoms Thieves calling card.

85 / 100 - Scarlet Nexus
Jun 23, 2021

With a great story full of plot twists and a robust, varied and spectacular combat system, Scarlet Nexus is one of the best "anime style" video games Bandai Namco has ever made. If you like the genre or this kind fo stories, give it a chance.

85 / 100 - Solar Ash
Dec 2, 2021

‎Solar Ash has the audiovisual style of Hyper Light Drifter, the clashes against titans of Shadow of the Colossus, the scrolling mechanics of Jet Set Radio and the level design of Super Mario Galaxy. Is there really more to say?‎

‎An expansion at the height that shines with its own light, especially the campaign; one of the best Bungie has ever done. And in the end, it's Destiny: a game of kicking alien asses with a shotgun in one hand and a magic spell in the other. And it doesn't get any better than that.‎

‎As a remastering it has aspects that can be improved, but being able to feel the warm sea breeze again and listen to the evocative soundtrack, finally with a Spanish translation, makes Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition a gift for any JRPG fan.‎

85 / 100 - Souldiers
May 30, 2022

Its difficulty can be desperate, but if you are not afraid of great challenges or get stuck without knowing how to continue, Souldiers is a gem that no lover of retro, metroidvania and pixel-art should miss.

‎Plain and simple, TMNT The Cowabunga Collection is the new benchmark within retro video game compilations. Both for the selection of titles (very wide, with different versions and change of region) and for the enormous amount of extras, an example of preservation. As the turtles would say: this game is a fucking mother.‎

85 / 100 - Evil West
Nov 21, 2022

Evil West has the style of a B-movie (in a good way) and the proposal of a PS3/360 game (again, in a good way): it gives exactly what it promises, goes what it goes, does not entertain with nonsense, does not fill for the sake of filling and ends when it has to end. It is a game of those that are no longer made; It's amazing.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is much more than "Team Ninja's Sekiro": the parry is a core mechanic, yes, but so are its ingenious skill system and the way it invites us to explore. If we combine these ideas with the impeccable gameplay of the studio, the result is an action game and a great first step to a new IP.

85 / 100 - Lies of P
Sep 13, 2023

Even though at times feels too derivative, we had a blast playing Lies of P. It's so well done and all the changes are so good (although minor), that we would be lying if we didn't recommend it.
