Horace is a piece of art: music, story, ideas and design of the robot are gorgeus, even if gameplay and controls lack in polishness and the entire experience is a bit too long. Be read to shed tears for Horace. It'll be worth it, expecially in this Nintendo Switch version.

A decent remake of a great classic. Outcast: Second Contact could have been more ambicious, but it's a good opportunity for new players to love the world and the exploration of Adelpha.

Ghostrunner 2 is exactly what you'd expect. It amplifies the strengths of its predecessor with a more intricate ability system and manages a better variety of situations, yet it retains virtually all the flaws in Ghostrunner's flow. Nevertheless, it creates an always entertaining and challenging gameplay experience that you'll appreciate if you're already a fan of the original. It's not for everyone, and it will make you curse a lot as the death counter keeps rising, but its punishing nature is part of the price.

Storyteller takes the concept of "topos" and extends it greatly, basing the entire gameplay on it, and does so competently by teaching the player about the traits of characters and locations, and giving them the freedom to experiment. I would have liked Storyteller to be more daring with experimentation, giving us the opportunity to play more with its extraordinary concept, but even so, it's an interesting divertissement that will make for a very enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

Seven new levels in the company of Hel, a new character more mobile and more fun. Too bad again for the excessive try & retry.

A very interesting adventure game, capable of truly send a vast range of emotions about what we have forgotten . Be ready to deal with a poor implementation of platforming, anyway.

A platformer that requires extreme precision, but also honest, fun, difficult, and almost never frustrating. Atari returns to show us its expertise gained over more than 50 years of development and publishing: Mr. Run and Jump will appeal to you whether you're a hardcore gamer or you're looking for a quiet platformer, whether you started playing in the 1970s or a few days ago. A classic, without really being one.

With Dordogne, the trend of games that explore the past through memories, objects, and nostalgia continues to expand. The game is crafted with rare elegance and takes time to immerse us fully as we navigate between the adult presence of Mimi and the memories of a summer spent in Dordogne. While there could have been better utilization of the medium by enhancing the gameplay interactions, Dordogne offers a beautiful, bittersweet experience. Highly recommended, especially if you have your own cherished objects that transport you back to your childhood.

Vesper is a little gem. On an old-fashioned (but functional) gameplay Cordens Interactive builds a work of art with great authorial value. Simple but effective puzzles and a well-constructed environmental storytelling pair with stunning art design and great sound design. Sadly stealth and puzzles are both a little too simple: it never deepens its mechanics. Knowing you don't have to expect a challenging game, it's one of the few, beautiful, Italian productions. And that's enough. Highly recommended.

La-Mulana 2 is exactly the sequel that all fans waited for. Level design and puzzles are really astonishing, but frustration (a lot) and general confusion make La-Mulana 2 so difficult to play for the majority of players.

A good roguelite strategic game with focus on tactics and on the rise of the personal ability. Unfortunately there are same balancing problems, but nothing that could ruin the experience.

While not reinventing genre mechanics, Cocoon is an intriguing puzzle game that immerses the player in an introspective journey through spheres that encompass entire worlds within them. Despite being notably simple, it offers well-constructed enigmas and a remarkably well-balanced learning curve. It doesn't reach the expressive heights of titles like Journey but represents a significant advancement in Carlsen's games, inviting the players to reflect on themselves and the worlds they've created. Highly recommended.

A great new take in the roguelite world. Skul: The Hero Slayer is a must-have for all roguelite lovers, with so many balanced builds and combinations. Suffers from an high difficulty spike in the first hours and a not so great level design, but it's surely worth a try.

In a beautiful mix between 2D e 3D, a little girl and her shadow show us the fragility of the human mind, between fears and anxiety. Along many psychological sessions, the two characters try to cooperate to solve a large number of puzzles based on light, shadows and gravity. A little gem.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is a must buy for all fans of the Dragon Ball Universe. It offers an incredible amount of characters, cards and missions in which you will enjoy a good strategy card offensive game. It's nth-power's fan service, but it's good fun service.

Despite some technical issues, Necrobarista is a fresh take on visual novels world, and its style captivates the player: interesting direction and gorgeus art manage to create a mix in which the plot can arise with all its delicate topics. How difficult is to "go further" when you're already dead? Necrobarista tries to answer at that, and it's a very good answer.

Another good shot for Capcom, and finally we can play the four Mega Man Zero in their best form: we have the most balanced versions ever, for at least twenty beautiful hours. A love letter to the fans and a good opportunity for the other to know a good part of videogames history. Unfortunately the greatest extra of the collection, the Z Chaser, is not good as it looks like at first and its forbidden controls remapping ruins the experience.

A pretty good action-adventure, with a fantastic world design. The combat system is a little bit too simple, but the experience is really positive. Recommended.

With its perfect controls and its intriguing mechanics, OkunoKA Madness is a love letter to all recent high-precision platforms, like Slip, The End is Nigh and Super Meat Boy. A true hardcore platform, with a lovely speedrunning twist that guides the player in a deep loop of tries and learning. A very good take, despite some too frustrating levels.
