The graphics and animation deliver an excellent nostalgic feeling. If you seek games with a story that catches your attention, Forgotton Anne is a game to be played in 2018.

The Council ' Episode 2: Hide and Seek can stimulate the player's curiosity throughout the whole episode. It has a bit more of investigation, dialogues and objects which add even more content to the story. Despite some technical problems, it is still worth exploring the island in the next episodes.

Vampyr is an excellent game. It manages to place RPG and adventure elements together in a good way, and delivers an interesting story, giving an idea of how the life of a vampire in a doctor's body would be. Although it has problems, they are not so significant to make the player put the game away. Vampyr is not going to be the game of the year, but it truly deserves your attention.

20XX is a game that uses nostalgia, well-detailed graphics, simple gameplay - which works pretty well - and the possibility to upgrade your characters' attributes to please Mega Man fans. Despite the lack of a story mode and a multiplayer with some problems, 20XX is a game that will make the player have hours of pretty good fun.

The Council – Episode 3: Ripples delivers the best narrative to the game until now and the episode flows kind of rapidly. The technical problems keep on happening on the third episode, but they don't mess the fun within it. The ending lets the player with high expectations for the closure of the story.

Planet Alpha is an interesting game. Its gameplay is extremely simple whereas its graphics presentation is excellent. Although it does not bring an appealing story to the player, it is the group of elements which makes you want to travel to the planet and visit it.

Immortal: Unchained is a reasonable game. It brings graphics presentation that does not impress and an uninteresting story. The gameplay mechanics similar to the Souls franchise end up catching your attention, but the technical problems ruin the game experience.

NBA Live 19 is a great basketball simulator. Besides its easy gameplay mechanics, it can put the player inside the courts due to its realism. Although the game modes are the same, The One is addictive in its literal meaning. NBA Live 19 is a 3 point shot from the middle of the court.

FIFA 19 is one of the best soccer simulators. The acquisition of the UEFA Champions League was more than necessary and its usage in basically all game modes fits perfectly. The gameplay mechanics was improved, as well as the game presentation. FIFA 19 is a volley goal.

The Council – Episode 4: Burning Bridges brings back the confrontation and delivers a narrative with some surprises that catch the player's attention. Sadly, the technical problems remain and end up once more ruining the game experience as a whole. The episode can rise the hype for the end of Louis de Richet's story.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is undoubtedly an outstanding FPS. The game presents excellent graphics, a lot of known game modes - but with some novelties, a gameplay that grips the player and it still manages to add the battle royale in a convincent way. Black Ops 4 hits the bullseye.

Call of Cthulhu is a game that deserves attention. With interesting gameplay mechanics and a story that surpasses the technical issues, the game manages to keep the player engaged into solving the mistery. The possibility of having different endings will make the player go on an adventure again on the island of Darkwater. Call of Cthulhu deserves to be investigated in 2018.

Fallout 76 had everything to be a great RPG online game. There is a wide range of items, weapons and equipments to be acquired along with a map with a vast area to be explored. However, the feeling we have is that the players received an unfinished game. The large number of technical problems throughout the game not only make the experience complicated, but can also make the players ditch it. About Fallout 76, the best choice to be made is to not leave the Vault.

Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is a game that defines the expression “love at first sight.” Its presentation is spectacular, the gameplay mechanics are simple without showing any kind of technical problems and the story is basic and fun with characters that you meet throughout the adventure. PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds looks like an unfinished game due to its lack of polishing. Its gameplay and presentation show technical problems that end up messing the game experience. PUBG still makes the player feel lonely instead of feeling among 100 other people.

The Council – Episode 5: Checkmate serves as an excellent last episode for the Louis de Richett's story. Although the narrative of this episode is interesting, the technical problems linger throughout the whole story and here it would not be any different. The Council is that game which deserves to be played more than once due to its different endings based on your choices through the episodes.

Vane is a different game. It does not present an interesting story, but it ends up delivering a unique experience of seeing the world from above through the view of a crow. Even though it has some serious technical problems and gets the player lost in some moments, Vane manages to make the player have some fun while solving some puzzles and trying to understand what happens to that world.

Genesis Alpha One has an interesting idea but it ends up failing on not using them in the right way. Simple graphics, not so gripping story and weak gameplay make the game even more boring. Even the exploration, that should be one of the highlights of the game, isn't enough to catch the player's attention and will to play. Genesis Alpha One is not the best choice to start exploring the games in 2019.

Intruders: Hide and Seek is a simple game. It does not present graphics that will be remembered forever, but its gameplay mechanics can make the player feel in danger the entire time inside the house. The PlayStation VR enhances the experience and the game delivers what it intended.

Degrees of Separation is an excellent platform 2D game. It doesn't matter if you want to play it alone or with someone, the game can make you have fun with the story and fall in love with the very colorful graphics and their constant alteration between ice and fire. Degrees of Separation is a game that deserves your attention among so many other releases this year.
