The Surge 2 is an extremely addictive and enjoyable game, thanks to its dynamic and fun combat. In terms of mechanics and gameplay, the game is a significant improvement over its predecessor. If you are a person interested in history and mythology, you will find good entertainment in The Mooseman, as the purpose of the game is to pay homage and spread throughout the world the interesting folklore present in the Russian Indian tribes. It is admirable all the affection and effort put by the developers to create such a work of art. Despite this, its poor gameplay, lack of challenge and short duration certainly can ward off casual players.

Despite having several problems in its plot, design and performance, it is impossible not to have fun with Hover, either alone or with friends through the online mode. The game had potential to be much better, but this can be solved with a possible sequel. Still, Hover is definitely a title that will entertain fans of the Jet Set Radio series that until today expect a new game of the franchise.
