Assetto Corsa Competizione is a must have for any car simulation fan. He breathes passion and realism. However, if it does not reach excellence at the time of this review, it is simply because it presents too many bugs. You will play it, sooner or later... [OpenCritic note: Vincent Elmer-Haerrig separately reviewed the PS4 [7] and PC [8] versions. Their scores have been averaged.]

8 / 10 - MotoGP 20
Apr 23, 2020

MotoGP 20 evolves little, but evolves well compared to its previous version. It gains a better team management, both cosmetic and mechanical damage as well as improved management of the motorcycle during the race. It is therefore a little deeper and more interesting. For the next version, in addition to an essential update, we are asking for paddocks that really live and enough to satisfy the thirst for knowledge of motorcycle enthusiasts.

These two additional years of development will have made an excellent motorcycle game. TT Isle of Man 2 is more successful on all fronts. It is above all the new content and the additional features of a real Tourist Trophy season that gives it a more ecumenical aspect. You no longer need to be an insider and a fierce competitor to the Isle of Man event. You can now discover this event gently and progress step by step with a real evolution curve. The fact remains that its demanding handling puts you to the test, so that you can enjoy all the pleasure of both finishing a race, but also being in googd standings.

4 / 10 - Overpass
Feb 28, 2020

As they say, hell is paved with good intentions. And with Overpass, the intention was good. But its shortcomings in the modeling of vehicle reactions unfortunately do not allow to devote to it diligently. Maybe by helping the player a little more to understand why he fails (an index of motricity for example), by offering him replays or real training in such events, there would have been room for improvement. But as it stands, Overpass is more a source of frustration than pleasure.

Warcraft III Reforged is at least equal to itself and it is already something. Yes, its graphics engine fails to display a fluidity worthy of the finesse of its redesign. But the game mechanics, the storyboarding of the campaigns and augmented narration convince the player even more that he is facing one of the big names in the history of video games. If you are not a player who is looking to be sharp to enter esports, you will also have a great time online. Don't give in to blind bashing. Make your own opinion!

Transport Fever 2 is a game that will be appreciated in the long term. No doubt it will evolve over several years with a very dense content that will have to be explored. At a time when the player is taken by the hand systematically and where frustration is only little accepted by the players, TF2 asks you to dig, to search and to experiment. A little more information on how to manage railway flows and crossings would probably have benn a good idea. But the satisfaction of seeing that everything is working properly, the optimization of lines and routes are all rewards for your efforts. The fever is going up and it's not because you're sick!

Need for Speed Heat is a full open world racing game. It does just about everything the competition offers, but without thinking outside the box. Less generalist than Gran Turismo or Forza Horizon, which he comes closest, he is far from equal. However, it offers a good alternative to change the mood. Racing games in open world are no longer jostling at the gate anyway.

6 / 10 - Grid
Nov 2, 2019

GRID is a game that has excellent fundamentals, but does not go to the bottom of everything it could have proposed. It's like having a meal with appetizers only. Each time, elements that are only suggested or barely revealed are missing. So we remain a little on our hunger, hoping a version 2.0 much deeper!

MTG Arena is not yet perfect and it's probably why it is not essential to every player. It remains a very valuable help and will evolve anyway to become an essential card game developping its esport side. If you have not played it yet, do not hesitate to download it for knowledge, and if you are practicing Magic, you will play it one day or another.

4 / 10 - Rebel Cops
Sep 27, 2019

Rebel Cops only takes the tactical part of the last This is the Police. But by the way, it does not erase its defects and removes all the narrative part that could lighten it. We end up with a game that lacks dynamism, with recurring mechanics and a feeling of growing frustration.
