Yoshi's Woolly World is a very good platformer. It'll take you 15-20 hours to do everything, and it's enough fun that it'll probably get you wanting to play it again in a few years. It has solid Nintendo production values, retro platforming, and is appropriate for many ages and tastes. Despite some repetitive levels, and easy bosses, Yoshi's Woolly World is highly recommended.

50 / 100 - Temple of Yog

Temple Of Yog puts it all out there early, without any real feeling of getting more powerful other than an ability to take more hits.

The new game is full of fantastic modern electronic tracks. Sadly there are no big licensed artists to be found, but there are plenty of Harmonix favorites like Freezepop and Symbion Project. My favorite tracks include Perfect Brain, Dalatecht, and Crystal.

All of these features lead to a package created with lots of love. My only complaint is that only the NES Mega Man games are covered in this package.

In the end, this is the best version available of a great game, so if you haven’t played it, and want the most up-to-date/complete version, this is the one for you. Valkyria Chronicles Remastered is highly recommended for fans of Tactical RPGs, JRPGs, or games that uniquely blend gameplay elements to create original gaming experiences.

Some might appreciate this stripped down approach, but I like a little more visual variation in my games.

On paper, it’s a generic story but as the game goes on it serves to be just interesting enough to make it give the player some extra drive.

The content is great, but the relative value is horrible. If you are a big Kingdom Hearts fan (and really that’s who this collection is intended for), you’re going to be overjoyed.

But like Capcom did with Mega Man 9 and 10, Double Dragon IV looks and plays like an NES Double Dragon.

I'm normally the type of player who will for sure choose the 8 or 16-bit option, but the modern art and music in Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap were so good, that I played 95% of the game full modern.
