The physical controls and four-player splitscreen put it ahead of the full-featured Pocket Edition. It's everything the Vita version wanted to be, becoming the best portable version of Minecraft yet.
Despite the odd negative aspect, Minecraft: Switch Edition contains all the elements that make the popular building game so great. If you like to take blocks everywhere, this is undoubtedly the best option.

Solid visuals and framerate. Some drawbacks hold it back overall, such as smaller worlds, but this is easily the best handheld version of Minecraft. Splitscreen on the go is really amazing, and a lot of fun.
Releasing Minecraft on the Switch was a real no brainer for Microsoft, the game has found a natural home and is worth yet another purchase.

Still, there is a lot of things to see and do, and if you are one of the five people that have yet to experience this game, there has never been a better time than now.

Minecraft PS4 Edition is a tried-and-true game in a solid console format. Couch co-op is extremely fun and easy to jump into, — it's like the video game version of the perfect playground.
