The Elder Scrolls: Legends - Eroi di Skyrim has not the same impact as the previous expansion, but is a well structured product. New creatures and some new mechanics can open the strategies to new levels.

I think that Bethesda did a bang-up job with making the deck creation deeper and certainly should get respective kudos for their continued expansion and balance of the cards in Legends.
