Minit Reviews
There's this weird and perfect harmony about knowing you're rushed and also not caring. It's liberating. I could keep gushing about Minit but, given the source material, this review is already too long.
Minit is a tiny gem of an indie title, easy to overlook but not to be missed. It's overflowing with secrets to be found, mysteries to be solved, and adventures to be had 60 seconds at a time. The bite-sized nature only adds to the charms and addictive nature of this 1-bit action-adventure game. With the small price tag of $9.99, it's more than worth a minute of your time.
Minit is fresh and unrelentingly charming little action RPG that does more with sixty seconds bursts of gameplay than bigger budget efforts manage to do with 60 hours. If you're after something truly unique, Minit should be your next stop.
I can't recommend Minit enough.
This is a refreshingly unique take on the old school swords and sorcery genre. The time trial aspect may turn some players off, but it's a challenge that is actually a joy to play.
Minit is pure fun from beginning to end, and it's too short for its own good.
Minit is a great and a little adventure, a short game that can defeat the death.

Minit pays homage to the blooming speed-running culture by testing speed and skill while also offering a traditional, yet engrossing adventure, concocted of experimentation and discovery
It’s difficult to talk about Minit too much, because spoiling the puzzles or locations you visit would be a disservice to the game. It’s so finely crafted and full of charm that each and every thing you encounter is best seen for the first time when playing yourself – spoiling it by reading a ton of reviews or watching videos on YouTube would just take away from the pleasure of actually playing the game. Just know that Minit is masterfully crafted and an absolute joy to play. It keeps things simple throughout, but still manages challenge, charm, and even surprise the player with its grand little adventure. With such a low price point too, you’d be a fool to miss out on it.
A sublime concoction of old school RPG’s and an innovative idea, Minit is a bloomin’ brilliant game.
Minit is a rare exception of a game that leaves players wanting more, yet actually has the perfect length for its design.
How can a game where you only live from minute to minute, in pure black and white and without scrolling be so joyful and rewarding? Because there's a lot of talent behind Minit, an action-RPG that crushes games that last tens of hours.

Minit is a tremendous adventure which, even within its short length, makes good use of its initially deceptively simple minute-long timer gimmick. It's wholesome world and delightful design is sure to create a dedicated fan-base, and for good reason. Simply put, its a good time, sixty seconds at a time.
Minit's conceit is so simple and so straightforward, I thought I'd tire of it immediately. But I was dead wrong. What starts a little slow (and a bit frustrating) quickly turns into a fast-paced and rewarding experience that borrows as much from Super Meat Boy's unrelenting speed as it does from early 2D Zelda's gameplay.
Minit is full of bright ideas that remind you of the Gameboy era and in its 4 hours playthrough, you will come across some beautifully designed levels that will keep you on and on.

Talking any more about Minit would end up spoiling this experience for you and, trust me, it's definitely a game you want to play on PlayStation 4! Trophy hunters will be happy to learn that this one has a full trophy list with a Platinum trophy, with objectives such as finding this and that item, finding all items, for finding a coin, for finding all coins, finding an extra heart, finding all extra hearts, and more!
Minit might not last that long, but it is a memorable experience that cuts out fluff and just delivers clever puzzles and concepts. You might not spend a lot of time with it, but playing through it once is as insightful a meditation on 2D Zelda-style gameplay as any game multiple times its length.
A brilliant little marvel, Minit finds beauty in its arbitrary constraints to craft a compelling, puzzling little adventure game with talent beaming out of its art and audio design.
In Minit, retro Zelda charm meets a world as sweet as it is strange, with more and more incentive to discover, minute by minute.

I had a great time with Minit and really enjoyed its unique time constraint mechanic and interconnected world.
