If you adjust your expectations and take the game for what it does right, you'll find God Eater 3 to be a spectacular experience as a mostly successful Monster Hunter-esque title.
God Eater 3 may have nagging control issues and be a bit rough introducing the story but those looking for the same fast-paced combat against monstrous foes will be delighted to find that this game once again excels in that regard.
God Eater 3 doesn't particularly do anything new and amazing for the hack-and-slash RPG genre – but what it does, it does really well. Despite the drags of the narrative, and extreme gripes with button bindings (and sometimes forgetting which buttons to press), God Eater 3 manages to keep you wanting more through combat, weapon upgrades and different battle tactics.
God Eater 3 won't stoke the hearts of Monster Hunter World addicts too much, but it could prove to be a nice break for fans of that game. For God Eater faithful, 3 will undoubtedly become their favorite due to an overall better presentation and sharper combat and multiplayer.
The latest God Eater swoops in with a re-tuned Burst system and increased emphasis on literally fighting for your boosts and buffs on the field. I wish it showed more risks and attempted to evolve the franchise instead of just polishing it as the series is starting to show its age a bit. At the same time, it boasts its own unique mechanics and fun, fast-paced gameplay, making it more than just a mere Monster Hunter clone.
God Eater 3's frenetic anime-style combat and party customization make it a solid take on the Monster Hunter formula, even if its lackluster story and somewhat unvaried content keep it from being the best it could be.
God Eater 3 is better than all previous games in the series. Story, graphics and music have reached a new level compared to the past entries. Netherless, in terms of gameplay this is basically the same game, which significantly loses to Monster Hunter projects from Capcom. But if you played Monster Hunter World and Generations Ultimate already and want something similar, then you can try this game.

God Eater 3 is a good hunting game that, could serve as an ideal star point for those that haven't played these type of games. Having said that, it feels simple and with a lot of wasted potential. It works perfectly but veteran players will not find a lot to do on it aside from enjoying a kinda cliche and postapocaliptic story with anime design.

Also if you are lookning for a high quality monster slaying action RPG with deep gameplay elements, beautiful art style and tons of amazing monsters, then God Eater 3 is also one of your best choices to play. Of course the game has issues like some repetitive locations and missions, but in the end, God Eater 3 with its powerfull presentation and many good aspects, is a very good game to recommend it to every monster slaying action RPG fans.

God Eater 3's blend of hack-and-slash with light role-playing elements makes for a compelling and fast-paced experience propelled by a fun story.
God Eater 3 offers a heart-warming story and solid combat befitting the game's genre, but it does little to make itself stand out in the field of the JRPG.
While there are a lot of standard features for its genre, God Eater 3 is far from standard. Where once this was one of the genre's pretenders, sitting quietly on handheld consoles and developing a small, but dedicated audience, it now looks like Bandai Namco has a series that belongs with Toukiden and Monster Hunter at the very front of the stage.
Technically outdated, God Eater is still a funny game, perfect for old fans.
