Games discussed: , The Sims 4, Firewall: Zero Hour

We now know which games we will be receiving for free through PS Plus in the month of February.

The next batch of free games through PS Plus have been announced (via PlayStation LifeStyle), and will be Bioshock: The Collection, Sims 4, and Firewall: Zero Hour. BioShock: The Collection will include BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite. The package will include all of the single-player DLC for the games, but will not have the multiplayer mode that came in the second game. There will also be director's commentary from series creator Kevin Levine. The games will run at 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second. With a new BioShock title currently being in development, this is a good time to play the first three games in the franchise and catch up.

The second game coming to PS Plus is Sims 4. The franchise is celebrating its 20th anniversary this February, helping it fit into next month's batch of free games. The game originally came out in 2014 for PC, but was released for console in 2017. PS Plus is only offering the base version of the title, but there is a good number of expansions and add-ons for players to pick up.

The final free game for the month of February is a nice little bonus for PSVR owners. That game is Firewall: Zero Hour. Firewall is a strategic 4v4 first-person shooter that was developed exclusively for Sony's VR platform. Firewall's newest season, entitled Operation: Black Dawn, will begin on February 4th, and will be available for all players for free. Players will receive a new map and more through the game's new season.

February's free PS Plus games will be available starting on the 4th of the month. They will be available until March 2nd. January's free games, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator, will be available to download until February 3rd.
