A new Spotify playlist has been released featuring the music from a large number of Castlevania titles.
On Twitter, Konami Europe announced that the soundtracks to quite a few Castlevania titles are being collected onto their new Spotify account.
"We know how much you all love the soundtracks to our games, so we've put them all in one place!" the tweet states.
"Introducing the KONAMI Europe Spotify account! Follow us to keep up-to-date as we add new playlists and old favorites - starting with Castlevania!"
The following twelve soundtracks are being collected under the Konami Spotify account:
- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Original Soundtrack Collection)
- Castlevania: The Original Game Soundtrack Selection
- Castlevania Chronicles (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania: Circle of the Moon & Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (Original Sountrack)
- Castlevania: Curse of Darkness (Original Soundtrack Selection)
- Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow & Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (Original Soundtrack Selection)
- Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania Judgement (Original Soundtrack)
- Castlevania: Harmony of Despair (Original Soundtrack Selection)
From the wording of the tweet, the soundtracks from other Konami franchises may come to the company's Spotify account as well. This could include series such as Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid.
Though no new Castlevania games have been released recently, the series has produced a hit Netflix series. The series recently wrapped up its third season, which according to creator Warren Ellis has been the most popular season so far in the series (thanks GameSpot). The show is set to have a fourth season. However, it is currently unknown when we can expect the animated series' newest season to drop.
