Despite having slight errors, I think I can definitely recommend it for those who are fans of point and click or visual novels, since the story is engaging and the puzzles are challenging but fair. Even those who have never played a game of the genre could start here, since it is a title that does not impose any type of pressure.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a great and almost flawless return of the beloved franchise. Ubisoft Montpellier scored a triumph with one of the best Metroidvania games since Metroid Dread.

If you are a Pokémon fan, you will probably enjoy getting more out of the versions of Scarlet and Violet with this DLC, while we wait for the next big installment, which could be some kind of remaster. And yes, something to keep in mind is the fact that things are not going to improve graphically or in performance for this new content that is already available in the eShop.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is the perfect adaptation of James Cameron's films. The work of Ubisoft Massive does not propose anything original, but everything it presents to us is done greatly.

If you want to know this sub-franchise in which the protagonists are the monsters of this universe, it is definitely the first good step to follow, given that the previous installments can be considered lost.

It is clear that this is a delivery dedicated one hundred percent to the fans, who already know these stories perfectly, so I do not recommend the game to those who are just joining the saga. Of course, those who do not miss the news about the blonde ninja will obviously buy it without even thinking twice.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn is the big expansion fans have been waiting for, but is it worth it? Is a new story more than enough to justify the price of this DLC?

Super Mario RPG is a new example of how to represent old classics in a new way. Nintendo just nailed it, presenting gorgeous graphics and music, and making the right choice on how to make better things such as gameplay mechanics and quality of life improvements.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is one of the worst games of this year and proof that Activision really needs to give it a long break. A real shame that a series with so mucho history, is being treated like this.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a highly recommended title for this Christmas season, as it will serve as an appetizer to welcome Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which looks extremely ambitious and promising, and will be one of the strong cards for when 2024 begins.

Star Ocean: The Second Story R is much more than a visual remake of the PlayStation classic. Gemdrops reworked a lot of the gameplay system and also aded tons of quality of life improvements that resulted in a better game than the original. A 2023 surprise, no doubt.

87 / 100 - Alan Wake 2
Oct 26, 2023

Alan Wake II is the sequel we were waiting for. Unfortunately, it took thirteen years to find out what happened next in this story. The technological advancement is impressive, the graphics, the music, and the sound are stunning, and it couldn't have been released in a better season.

Just as it happened in 2017 when the Switch was debuting on the market, Nintendo has the luxury of having the same year in which the new The Legend of Zelda and new Mario are released, not to mention achievements of the size of Fire Emblem Engage, Pikmin 4 or the remaster of Metroid Prime. The Kyoto-based company has made it clear that it understands the business much better than its competitors, showing off launches that are not only consistent, but of enormous quality. To close this 2023, Super Mario Bros. Wonder appears to reaffirm all of the above and at the same time, make it very clear who is still the king whenever we talk about video games. The achievements at a technical and design level are outstanding and we believe that they deserve recognition and even study for the rest of those who are dedicated to creating what we love so much.
