Beyond its completely shallow gameplay that offers no added value whatsoever, the game's audiovisual component looks more fitting in a system from twenty years ago, the HD rumble functionality is more of a nuisance than a feature and it really offers no plausible reason whatsoever to buy and play...unless it's to read its translations, so poor that they could be mistaken for comedy writing.

Maria the Witch may feature some interesting visuals but once the dust settles, it becomes obvious that there is nothing in this game that makes it worthy of spending any time and attention. Due to completely nonperforming controls that would drive the most experienced player to despair, Maria the Witch is an experience that is not recommended to anyone.

36 Fragments of Midnight doesn't play like a full game and other than good looking graphics and art style, it's very difficult to find any elements to redeem it. Due to its empty gameplay, almost non-existent lifespan and actually non-existent soundtrack, it becomes impossible to deem this to be anything else than a tech demo that should never be sold as a full game.

Its outdated graphics, limited technical performance, lack of appealing goals and overall empty gameplay make this a passable title which falls outside of anyone's interests.

Vaccine may be based on a good concept but it deserved a sharper execution and better controls, not to mention a more presentable audiovisual environment. Its lack of variety and overall sense of dullness mean that what could have been a fun and engaging game ends up becoming a non-performing idea that is overridden by its negative elements.

Blast 'Em Bunnies ends up being an example of how downloadable content should not be managed at all.

Dinox attempts to enter the genre of educational games with videos and questions about dinosaurs. Unfortunately, the way this is structured is not stimulating enough for its target audience and the only skill it stimulates is short term memory.

Unfortunately it ends up being a lot less memorable and significant, due to a rather generic audiovisual component and to its simplistic combat system, which does not try to make this experience any more poignant or worthy of praise.

Caveman Warriors may have its positive aspects, such as a cast of characters with a relatively good design and a certain variety but the game falls short of becoming a truly interesting 2D platformer. Its controls definitely need more tuning and overall, it just feels like the problems of past games have not been truly solved, which only makes this experience more frustrating than it should be.

Riddled with technical issues that need improvement and with too long loading times, Paranautical Activity ends up being a difficult experience to play and it requires a revision from top to bottom until it can be considered as a competent game.

A beat’em up in the style of what was done in the early 90s but which is not fluid at all, has a faulty and dull gameplay and overall is simply not fun does not carve its own space in the Wii U’s online lineup.

The Deer God is promising on a first look, thanks to its unusual premise and to a visual style that stands out. Once that impression is surpassed, however, the game quickly falls into a tedious repetitive experience that makes it lose its potential interest, which is a shame as The Deer God had some potential to be much more captivating than it is.

Payday 2 arrives in the Nintendo Switch and the result is a mixed bag. While the multiplayer experience is rather fun and enjoyable, the solo experience is terribly frustrating due to the wrenching AI which renders the game almost impossible to enjoy.

Squareboy vs Bullies: Arena Edition could be seen under a positive light, as it contributes to the presence of a very underrepresented genre in the Switch catalog. Unfortunately it doesn't have much more going for it, as most of its elements could certainly be improved and if anything, it only motivates going back to its inspirational material.

NBA Playgrounds is fun with friends...and that's about it, playing this on single player mode is nothing short of disappointing due to the unasked for "players on stickers" mechanic, enormous loading times between matches which also affect the multiplayer mode and the for time still absent online mode make this a game that will not appeal to those looking for an intense and action-packed arcade basketball game.

Tank Troopers may present a rather interesting concept but it's impossible to avoid the feeling that the game was rushed. Its inconvenient and strictly offline multiplayer doesn't make the experience more enjoyable and the lack of a minimally compelling plot only adds to the impression that Tank Troopers should have spent more time in the drawing board before being released, regardless of the current status of the 3DS.

Human: Fall Flat is a platformer with puzzle elements but mostly, this is a game that stands out for its frustrating mechanics - which is not a negative element by itself, as the game's main component is based on trying to get the main character to overcome objects under an unusual physics engine. There is some fun to it but it feels the game relies way too much on this characteristic.

While its art style is pleasant and the gameplay mechanics should be praised for pushing it beyond the usual, Color Symphony 2 takes it a bit too far and will fall out with both the casual audience and the more dedicated players.

There is very little that sets Baseball Riot apart from other similar games that focus on quick, simple fun and as such, this won't be a game that will keep players around for very long.

Inside My Radio offers something unique, in the sense that a music-based platformer is not the most common offer on the Wii U's catalogue among the many platformers already available. However and other than a certain glow derived from its aesthetics, this game isn't a groundbreaking title among its peers and offers little replay value beyond the first hours of gameplay.
