We have a lot of platform titles, even more so these days, yet Raccoo Venture manages to stand out with charisma and personality, to the point of being able to bring several references and maintain its uniqueness. Fans of the genre will be in for a pleasant surprise with this raccoon guardian made by Brazilian developer Diego Ras.

GranBlue Fantasy Versus: Rising made sure to perfect the main aspect, its combat system, in a way that changed completely the series' look and is a good choice for its diversified and well-rounded cast. Sadly, the previous extras, which were big attractions too, were reduced to mere decorations, which is a sin with such a rich creative source to use.

It's a crime to divide the IREM classics in five tiny compilations, and IREM Collection Volume 1 unfortunately gets a blow that its next parts will also get. Besides the structural issues, the way these games are rereleased ends up eclipsing how fun they could be as a single package.

The King of Fighters XIII Global Match is a competent title by itself and it's worth having it in the library despite a few signs of age. Agatha Christie - Murder on the Orient Express brings a highly competent police novel classic, pleasing those who read the book or who like investigation and puzzle games. What's missing, in my opinion, is a better suspense atmosphere, as the plot is unveiled in a very direct fashion, but this is hardly something that takes the shine out of Microids' good job.

We still have some problems that become increasingly evident with the exhaustive replication of the same template for the entire series, but just for bringing a different proposal, this game deserves to be highlighted.

The straight-to-the-point work of VISCO Collection could bring some extra items to catch the attention of the most nostalgic gamers. On the other hand, there is no denying that the chosen ports are excellent and being able to play them online is a very welcome addition. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged firmly reinforces everything good that the first game had already brought, with some cool improvements, but without drastic changes. Though the microtransactions create an abyss between players, Disney Speedstorm is a decent racing game. Having such illustrous, charismatic characters and their universes inserted in the races, along with the diary, weekly and thematic events, manages to hide the grinding necessary to obtain a new world a little. Besides that, it doesn't stop being an excellent free option to play with friends, be it separately or locally.

Everhood: Eternity Edition finally puts an excellent RPG on the radar of console owners, which without a shadow of a doubt has everything it needs to become a cult classic within a few years. Mortal Kombat 1 doesn't offer a big evolution from its predecessor and maybe it doesn't even have that intention. What matters is that the core is maintained: sharp gameplay and visuals worthy of the current console gen. Much more than a compilation of prototypes, the entire historical archive contained in the timelines of The Making of Karateka is very interesting and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to know more about the creation of games made in the past. Atari's idea of reformulating its works always oscillates between novelty and repetition. Unfortunately, Quantum: Recharged was more on repeat, serving only those who want to enjoy the nostalgia. The game itself is not bad, but it certainly falls short of its other renovated brothers.
