Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom Reviews
At worst, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is a victim of ambition. The sheer number of ideas and the volume of content packed into the game is jaw-dropping, but can cause confusion. Nonetheless, familiarity breeds contempt, so Level-5's decision to keep things fresh throughout the expansive adventure must be commended. Considering that such a noble goal is attached to a game that, on the surface at least, is targeted towards children makes it even more impressive. However, the reality is that Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is an incredibly powerful title that has the potential to appeal to people from all walks of life. The game's excellence should not be underestimated.
Ni no Kuni II fires on all cylinders to deliver a satisfying and unique JRPG experience. While it misses some of the targets that it aims for, Level-5 have outdone themselves and created something that is worthy of calling itself a sequel to the original. From its brilliant visuals to its exciting combat, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will keep players coming back for dozens of hours.
With "Ni No Kuni 2: Fate of a Kingdom" Level 5 is a skilful sequel to a small epic and will make the hearts of role-playing fans beat faster. Thanks to great landscapes, the work not only looks beautiful, but also tells an emotional story that invites you to philosophize even after gambling. Even if the composition of different genres seems exciting in theory, experts won't get their money's worth, especially regarding the combative component. While Ni No Kuni 2 seems made for the younger target group, pros won't be happy with the shallow level of difficulty. Nevertheless, the title does a lot right in a playful way and is by no means in the shadow of its predecessor. Fans of the first part get fresh food for many hours with Ni No Kuni 2.

Ni No Kuni 2 teaches kids some powerful lessons: how to be a good leader, a decent human being (or cat-person haha), and how to solve political differences by peaceful diplomatic means opposed to brute force. While it may be too simplistic for hardcore gamers, it’s one of the best role-playing-games for younger audiences.
All things considered, I am having a lot of fun with Ni No Kuni 2 – Its world is colourful, bustling and interesting, its characters engaging and exciting, and the stories of each country hook onto you and drag you in for just a few more hours. I don’t know how the game will conclude at this point, but I dearly do hope that it doesn’t abandon the darker roots of its opening, and explore more of Evan’s struggles.
Overall, Ni No Kuni 2 is a really good game. There are a few shortcomings in story and narrative, but the gameplay is so good that it makes up for all these flaws. Despite enjoying the game greatly, problems associated with the text-driven narrative that is used by Ni No Kuni 2 are large enough to be noticed. But even while taking these problems into account, Ni No Kuni is still one of the best RPG's of the year and is recommended for all gamers

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is a special JRPG. It doesn't show its magic immediately but after a few hours, you'll see the full potential. The disappointing fact is that it delivers a combination of amazing features that's never been done before together, but it struggles in the obvious areas like side quests and level design.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom strives to bring many contrasting fun modes. All of the different and addictive aspects of the game made me overlook the tiny flaws in this experience.

At first glance, don't get fooled by the colorful childish shape of the game since it provides a unique gaming experience coming from two focal points, the game style and the presentation of the world in it, I can easily say this game fits all different ages and characters providing a "spotless" experience of gaming avoiding some points that might drive some gamers away, I would have loved to see a more mature and deep story telling like the first one that came earlier but this doesn't mean it's a shallow sequel, at all, it fits the game world presenting it in an amazing artistic view and let me add a cherry on the top of this cake saying that the gaming system suggests presenting micro-transactions in it and can be put in many different places and aspects in it fitting it all as a whole package and yet the company didn't choose to go after this fast cash-in-revenue style and didn't even come close to it, also grinding is not an option here in this open RPG except for a place or two and how clever you're can keep you away from following this method, the whole game is a unique package of a new presentation to an old school loyal to fans game that is worth both your time and money.

Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom is a wholesome, delightful adventure that any fan of traditional JRPGs would be wise to jump into.
Overall, Ni No Kuni 2 accomplishes what it sets out to do: It's a fun but deep fantasy world with heroes who remind us there is good in the world and villains who remind us that sometimes the worst-seeming people are just… misguided.
The lack of Studio Ghibli’s explicit involvement with Ni no Kuni 2 has only slightly dulled its charm, missing the darker edge or deeper exploration of its characters beyond that familiar glossy sheen. Level-5 has still put together a wondrous and whimsical RPG to lose yourself in for many hours.
Ni No Kuni II tells a nice fairy tale with an iconic Ghibli art style. But the combat system is not good enough, and the design of side quests need some second thoughts.

Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom delivers plenty of charming moments
Ni No Kuni 2 manages to showcase that even without Studio Ghibli, Level-5 can still create a truly wondrous and magical JRPG. Even though the new features and strategic elements feel undercut by its easy difficulty, this is still a fine example of what the genre has to offer.
Despite issues with its difficulty, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom does enough to set itself apart from its predecessor, delivering a tremendous fantasy JRPG in a bright and glorious world.
Level-5 was right to take its sweet time. Almost eight years adter the original game, Ni no Kuni II is as strong as its predecessor. Beautiful, varied, well paced and well written, the game almost ticks all the boxes of the J-RPG we all expect, even though it might be a little too classical and clean to surprise the core fans of the genre.

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom features simple plot, and this aspect can disappoint those who are waiting a deep history first and foremost. But on the other hand, game is filled with an interesting content, and shines thanks to an excellent combat system and beautiful graphics.
