We now know what games PS Plus members will get free for the month of December.
On the PlayStation Blog, it was announced that the first game coming to PS Plus in December is Worms Rumble. Worms Rumble features intense, arena-based 32 player combat. Players will be able to use a variety of weapons that include the Bazooka and Shotgun. They will be able to use all-new additions to the armory in order to bring pain to their enemies as they climb up the ranks. Gamers will be able to customize their worm, take part in seasonal events, daily challenges, community collaborations, and experimental game modes in The Lab.
The second game that will be free for PS Plus member in the month of December is Just Cause 4. Just Cause 4 drops players onto the South American country of Solis, where they can cause chaos with a wide selection of weapons, vehicles, and gear. Solis provides an open-world sandbox filled with rainforest, desert, and snowy mountain peaks for players to explore. Gamers will take on Black Hand, a tech driven private military organization through terrifying environmental conditions, which includes tornados and lightning storms. Players will be able to use the game's physics to turn this extreme weather to their advantage.
The final game coming to PS Plus in December is Rocket Arena. Rocket Arena is a 3v3 shooter that features a roster of heroes with their own distinctive rockets and abilities. Players will have to learn how to time their dodges, unearth new strategies based on their squad, and utilize in-game items such as the Rocket Magnet and Trip Mine. Gamers will be able to earn experience to unlock Rocket Parts, Totem Parts, and outfits to customize their hero as they take on modes such as Knockout, Rocketball, and more.
It was also revealed that non-PS Plus members who own PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 games with multiplayer modes will be able to try them out for free next month. A free multiplayer weekend will run from midnight local time on Saturday, December 19th until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 20th.
December's free PS Plus games will be available from December 1st to January 4th.
