Zombieland Double Tap was a great movie. The game with the subtitle Roadtrip is not so great. It's upsides are the co-op for four players and it's short levels. Unfortunately there are a lot of downsides. The game is way too short and doesn't always save your progress. Next to that the game never gets really interesting. This could be way better.

Space Jam A New Legacy The Game doesn't really tie in with the movie. Instead of focussing on basketball, it lets you fight AL-G Rythm's goons in a brawler and a very flat and short one at that. The game can be finished in thirty minutes and even faster if you play with three players. It looks good, but the gameplay is simple. If your kids can't wait to see the movie the game is a good warmup, but nothing more than that.

Asterix and Obelix XXL2 is a game that entertains for a little while. This is mainly because of the numerous winks to other games. The remaster doesn't impress on any area. The game has an old feel all over and the gameplay falls flat after a while.

Gear Club Unlimited 2 is a game that tries to be a simulator and an arcade racer in one. It offers a lot of cars and tracks, but has a very slow start and a faulty set of controls. Next to that the games loading times are far too long. It just frustrates.

Daemon X Machina has its ups and downs, with some amazing action and an impressive amount of weapons. Unfortunately the worlds are completely empty and it is not strong in the graphical department.

RAD is a cool game on paper. Unfortunately the fact is that the game falls short on a lot of areas. The worlds are a bit too small, lack diversity and cleared within a few hours. Still it's a fun game to try in between the big titles of the fall.

Carnival Games brings a digital carnival to the consoles. With its minigames you can entertain brilliantly on a party. Unfortunately the lack of original games affect the replayability and there is simply too much to unlock. It just ruins the fun.

Finally Shenmue 3 is here. After 18 years Ryo's story continues. But the third chapter feels more like an enourmous sidemission than the continuation of the story. The game looks great and plays away like a modern game, while staying true to the first two parts. Sadly enough there are some big frustrations like the mandatory eating and making a lot of money to continue the story. For fans this is a must play, but others don't miss out if they skip this one.

Balan Wonderworld looks great but feels incomplete. The game lets you journey through six different stories while collecting golden statues and morphing from one outfit to another. There are 80 different outfits in the game, but some of them feel double or not useful at all. Where the game is great to play alone, the multiplayer feels rushed, where player two doesn't get to do all the things player one can. That being said, the game feels like a great way for kids to spend time!

Fury's adventure doesn't come close to those of her brothers. The game is entertaining, but is feels linear. The fights are challenging but on the other hand the puzzles aren't. Still the game is a fun entry in the franchise, but not the best.

Double Cross could be a great game. The ideas are fantastic, but it's riddled with missed chances. The levels are good, but there should be more. The gameplay is good, but it lacks depth and challenge. In the end the game is good, but nothing more.

The third episode of Life is Strange 2 delivers a constant sense of tension while focusing on the characters. The choices you have make however feel forced upon you. It's a bit weird since this episode lets you breath and delivers some depth.

Warhammer Chaosbane is a great game if you play together. There are enough classes and ways to build your own playstyle. It has a lack of variation in worlds and enemies and the errors in the multiplayer turn the experience to a sour one.

Episode 4 is not like the others. This episode focuses on solitude, reflection and reconnection. It features some exiting moments but they come too late. Still. A good setup for a great ending.

SpongeBob's renewed adventure is the return of an iconic platformer we all once embraced. The game looks good and refers to a lot of hilarious situations from the cartoons. You simply can't help to smile a lot during the game, but the controls are not nearly as good. They are barely touched and feel outdated which makes the game less good than an average patty.

Konami starts off the celebration of 50 years of work with a nice collection of arcade games. The most games in this set did already come out on different platforms, but the bonus book is a nice addition. The Haunted Castle game does not make sense here.

Ary and the Secret of Seasons has an original concept and an appealing look to it. The game lets you control the seasons to create platforms or open up other ways to progress. In the open world, you can find a lot of things to do which keep you busy for hours. There is simply a lot to discover in the game. But unfortunately there are a lot of flaws. The game has tons of glitches, a faulty camera and crashes sometimes. Thanks to this the great concept turned out to be a mediocre title, even for 40 euros.

The King's Bird is a game in a truly magical environment. The soundtrack is delicious and the gameplay is great. But in the last the game stutters a lot. Sometimes the character doesn't act right and you will die instantly. This becomes a frustration.

Dead or Alive 6 offers the same fun the previous installments did. There is not a huge leap forward in graphics, but in terms of gameplay there are some fun new elements. Unfortunately the game lacks diversity in multiplayer modes.

Chocobo's Mystery Dungeon has an incredibly cute look to it. But don't be fooled, the game is unforgiving and challenging. The roguelike elements can feel a little off balance at times, but the fighting system and dungeons keep you going.
