Vikings: Wolves of Midgard Reviews
It’s an entertaining and brutal game with some funny moments, like hearing your burly giant slayer mumble about his fingers numbing in the cold weather. I guess even vikings get cold.
Vikings - Wolves of Midgard is quite good game that tries to do some mechanics in different way. Some of them are underdeveloped and other don't work as they should. Overall, nordic settings works and it's a worth a shot. Maybe even with full price.

Shortcomings aside, hack and slash fiends who are looking for their next fix should definitely check out Vikings: Wolves of Midgard, a genre effort which more than earns its passage into Valhalla.
It didn’t take long for Vikings to bludgeon those expectations into a meaty, undulating pulp.
Game's title speaks for itself. Wolves of Midgard may be rough and uncouth, but it is also a spir-ited, cocky and self-confident like true viking and as fascinating as good ballad told by a silver-tongued scald.

Vikings: Wolves of Midgard wants to be different than Diablo by adding survival aspects, which is the main problem of the game. Yet it still might be appreciated by Diablo fans, because the combat is still fun. Just beware of the bugs that are spoiling the overall experience. After some patches, the game could be worth recommending.

Vikings: Wolves of Midgard has its ups and downs: it works amazing with the small details, but sometimes it feels too repetitive and does not risk much.

A fun and deep RPG that may not reach the top of the genre but it's a solid offer.

While a little unpolished, Vikings – Wolves of Midgard is over-the-top fun.
Vikings – Wolves of Midgard takes the formula made popular by the game named after the Spanish word for devil and makes it its own.
Vikings is an OK game but it’s nothing special given its potential based on setting. For a certain type of combo action fighting with arcade-style speed type of person, it may be perfectly fine. For an ARPG fan who was looking for the next great game, it’s just not there yet.
Brute Action-RPG with cool fighting mechanics and setting, but without a complex character development, endgame or an exciting story.

Length is not an issue when it comes to Vikings - Wolves Of Midgard, especially as you’re offered a New Game+ mode that strips you of your gear but allows you to keep your skills once the campaign is completed.
An average action rpg with a good co-op system that falls behind the best in the genre due to its simple combat system and lack of depth in every other aspect.
