Trine 4 is not a very complicated game and is suitable for all kinds of audiences, from the youngest to the oldest. It is not very long, its duration will range between 8 and 10 hours, depending on how skilled we are. It will make us enjoy very good times thanks to its wonderful visual section and its entertaining puzzles.

Trine 4 goes back to the series' roots, with a sequel that brings welcoming gameplay additions. Despite the technical problems it is an extremely enjoyable and dun experience, especially in co-op.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is a welcome return for the franchise. It's arguably the best entry to date thanks to creative level design, gorgeous landscapes and excellent multiplayer. It may not be a new take on the formula like some expected, but considering the last time Frozenbyte tried that, perhaps this is for the best.

If you are looking for a magical co-op puzzlegame, then this is the game for you. This is the most beautiful and the longest entry in the series yet. There are new skills and lots of puzzels to enjoy. Whilst the battles are not so impressive, this is still a game you must have played!

Trine 4 feels like a return to what made the series great to begin with. A beautiful world filled with challenging (but not too difficult) puzzles to solve, combined with drop-in/drop-out co-op, makes for a great game to play with friends. Some puzzles were perhaps not fully tested, but a simple reset usually rights things again. If you were a fan of the gameplay in the 2.5D Trine games, you'll find a lot to love here.

The atmosphere and background design are to die for and the way the characters banter back and forth really make the adventure all the more charming.

Its puzzles are both simple and clever, opening it up to a wider audience, but switching between characters in order to use different abilities tends to be more frustrating than not.

I didn't honestly think Trine 4 would enrapture me as much as it has, particularly when tackling the multiplayer. If you've played and enjoyed and title in the Trine franchise before, you're very likely to love this one,  so grab a few friends and enjoy.

Trine 4 takes the series back to its roots, even though it doesn't offer a lot of new things over its old entries, but it's still one of the best 2.5D puzzling games out there.

A welcome return to form for the series, and while the co-op puzzle-solving no longer seems quite as original as it once did it's never been as enjoyable or varied as this.

Combat feels stiff and imprecise, but that feels like a mild quibble about such a consistently pleasing experience.

While it might be a little conservative and still suffer from pitfalls that held back previous games in the series, Trine 4 is one of the best puzzle-platformers you’ll play this generation.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is a real piece of art. It has one of the most beautiful worlds i've ever seen in video games and now we can say that it is the best game of Trine series over Trine 2. Everything in this game is well-placed and either you play it on co-op or single player, it would be a very enjoying and lovable experience. Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is a game you should not miss at all.
