Fortunately for This is the Police 2, its writing, world-building, and story are great, and are likely what players will remember most from this experience. While there are a couple of problems when it comes to gameplay pacing, This is the Police 2 manages to tell a relevant and enthralling story that stands out within its genre and as better than the original.
What This Is the Police is known for returns in the sequel, but its difficulty is so brutal that you may not even get to see all of it. The tactical missions definitely help to mix up the gameplay, but they take away from the more relaxed nature of the first title that we were expecting to be prominent here too. Fans of the original will find what they're looking for – an engaging story and crime dealing management – but they'll also have to put up with alarming difficulty spikes that can seriously hinder the experience if managed incorrectly.
This Is the Police II is, overall, a good game, but it has some deep flaws. Is not made for everyone, mixes too much genres and its argument could be better focused but, still, it is an entertaining adventure that can be followed with great interest.

This is the Police 2 is a challenging game with very good story and narration, unique art style, nice music and variable gameplay that has seen good improvements Compared with the first game. Story is so amazing and challenges you very well in some points. Although This is the Police 2 has some issues and weak points like some annoying long dialogs, but in the end this a game that worth your time and money very well.

For fans of the original, This the Police 2 is undoubtedly a stronger game. For new players, if you want to understand some of the characters in this game you might want to pick up This Is The Police for the story, but in terms of gameplay, this is a far more polished, in-depth and immersive experience than This Is The Police.

Jack Boyd shows that the truth has more than one side and that everything is justifiable. Before the balance patch, I really did think the game was just too hard. However, if you are a fan of the first This is the Police you will enjoy the second game. If you didn't play the first entry and are looking for a cop simulation game, give This is the Police 2 a go.

There were no games based on real-life events for a long time. you should behold the magic cast by developers in the campaign section, and hope that gameplay does not get monotonous over time. TITP2 is a challenging but enjoyable experience. Maybe the super hard difficulty is to understand its core message. As a simulator, being the chief police officer is a hard and enduring task. Sometimes you have to risk citizen lives for the greater good. Other times you have to neglect alerts and send your officers for personal gain. It's a cold and grueling world, just like Sharpwood. Despite its flaws, I appreciate the improvements in this sequel.
